Custom Signage
Custom wedding and event signage for all of your day-of needs! The goal here is to show off your personalities in the design but make it Pinterest-worthy. Not only will I make your signs, but I will also coordinate with any other vendors that may be involved in our designs (florist, planner, venue). Your designs will be cohesive and intentional!

Design + Styling
If you need help navigating the world of wedding design, you’ve come to the right place. This service option gives you some help with design consultations, a mood board, and styling of your wedding day on site so your vision can come to life without you lifting a finger.

What signs do I need for a wedding?
We make all of the signs you might need for your wedding day, including:
Welcome sign
Seating chart
Bar menu
Signature cocktail sign
Dinner menu (sign or individual)
Place cards or escort cards
Order of events sign
Custom map of your wedding venue
Ceremony signs
We work with you to figure out what signs you need. Signs help give guests direction and they contribute beautifully to your design aesthetic.
Do you have a minimum for a sign order?
During peak season (June-September), the minimum for a custom signage order is $500. We will occasionally take orders under $500 on a case-by-case basis. Please don’t be afraid to reach out and see if we can work together!
I want to do a custom sign, wall installation, or recreate something I found on Pinterest… is that something that you offer?
YES! We love getting to create custom pieces for you! We have all of the equipment and resources to build whatever you can dream up.
Do your signs come with stands and easels?
Yes! Your quote will include the cost of the easels and stands that will be used on the day of your event. We bring the signs and set them up on the day of the event. We do not set up place cards or table numbers unless we are also hired for Styling Services.
What is styling?
Design is the imagination and creation of how the event will cohesively come together, and styling is the execution of that design. We offer Design + Styling as an additional service beyond signage.
What are some benefits of hiring you for Design + Styling?
Design can feel intimidating but I’m here to make it easy. We work together for virtual design consultations where I walk you through the process step-by-step. I also provide a mood board to guide your decision making when it comes to colors, flowers, rentals, and linen. Once we have narrowed down the design, let me style it and set up your rentals on wedding day. I am a wedding planner, who is used to setting up tablescapes, welcome table, etc. to be picture-perfect. You probably have a family member or friend who has offered to help with the morning setup for your wedding—but let them come to your wedding as a guest and let us do the work!
What if I only need “day of” set up of my decor?
Great question! We do not offer day of coordination or set up services as a stand alone. We work with couples to design their wedding and then offer limited set up of your tablescapes, your welcome table, your dessert table, and other key accent areas. Your other vendors will set up furniture, lighting, and the bar. We highly recommend a Day Of Coordinator or Wedding Management package for comprehensive overseeing of your wedding day from start to finish.
What is your design process?
First I send you a questionnaire to gather up information. You’ll be sent up to 3 rounds of proposals/designs and then a final round of final confirmations. Ideally, this process starts a few months before your wedding to give us plenty of time. Final confirmations need to be completed 2-4 weeks before your event. Late fees can apply, so please try to stay on top of this! :)
